What is an E-Journal?
Electronic Journals (or E-Journals) are versions of print journals that are available online or periodicals distributed through the internet. While there are a number of commercial journals that require subscriptions, those listed below are free.

• Addressing Barriers to Learning is the quarterly newsletter of the UCLA Center for MH in Schools & Student/Learning Supports. It offers a feature article on an issue relevant to mental health in schools and updated information about center resources.
