Title: Making MOUs Meaningful (Policy Notes)

Description: Efforts to address barriers to student learning (including mental health and psychosocial concerns) require the combined resources of schools and communities working together. This reality is reflected in a range of current initiatives across the country. Many of these are focused on fostering collaboration between schools and various community agencies. One result of all this activity has been the widespread use of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
